Finally this morning I fell asleep as the sun was rising, I awoke around eleven to the end of a dream about this band of nurses with the craziest eyes. The dream was more like a musical where my lovely nurses were singing without moving their mouths, I felt war wounded (probably because I was sleeping on the couch) and they were spinning my bed around in circles in a huge hospital room. These nurses were evil but loved me, not sure why they were singing but they were and their old school outfits were enough to leave me excited when I woke up. What I don’t understand is how someone can try and interpret a dream; well the nurses obviously represent your need to get taken care of or something? Sounds like baloney to me. I do auto writing exercises late at night when my mind is really tired and what comes out sometimes is pretty scary and sometimes brilliant but ultimately I don’t know if what is in my mind that comes out on paper would represent my deepest thoughts or if my dreams would for that matter. What shrink kook figured all that out? I’m sure he ran out of money and had to write a way to interpret the uninterruptable so that people would buy his book so they could find one more way to feel comfortable with the unknown.
